Medinger Redware Pitcher
Redware water or milk pitcher made by Jacob Medinger of Limerick Township, Montgomery County, PA circa 1920. The Medinger Pottery was founded by Jacob's father William in 1872 and remained operational until Jacob's kiln related death in 1932. Exceptional form and glaze with the signature Medinger ribbed handle and coggled rim, neck and shoulder. A really good and somewhat rare example of Medinger pottery. Height - 11 1/2".

A. R. Cole Redware Jar
Large redware jar with fabulous polychrome glaze made by Arthur Ray Cole (1892-1974) in his Rainbow Pottery in Sanford, North Carolina. A. R. founded the Rainbow Pottery in 1941. This piece dates to the mid 1940's and has the signature Cole three twisted rope handles. This wonderful piece of North Carolina folk pottery is in excellent original condition with no repairs. Height - 18".

Lucile Martin Garden Gnome
Really nice ceramic garden gnome formed, decorated and fired by Lucile "Lu" Martin (1910-2000) of Syracuse, Illinois. Lucile was a self taught artist who made a limited number of large ceramic figural items primarily for her family and friends, and for her own keeping. Her very creative whimsical works were not sold commercially. Note the small bird in the gnome's right hand. Signed and dated 1970. Height - 25".

factory of Philadelphia. Good cobalt blue drooping bellflower

Large Mochaware Pitcher
Large bulbous form mochaware pitcher with light blue and dark brown banding top and bottom. The middle section has a bold, marbleized decoration in yellow, blue and brown. This is a bold eye-catching piece that dates to around 1830. It is in excellent overall condition with a minor chip repair to the spout. Height - 8 1/2", Width - 10 1/2" from tip of spout to the end of the handle.

Daub Easton PA Stoneware Jug
Easton, PA four gallon stoneware jug made by the H. G. Daub factory with their signature sunflower decoration. Excellent condition with no significant chips, hairlines or repairs. There are a few shallow chips on the spout. Height - 16".

Hart Stoneware Crock
Rare S. Hart Fulton (New York) five gallon stoneware crock
with excellent blue decoration of blue birds and a whimsical
steer's head. I have seen many Hart crocks with double birds
but I have never seen one with a steer's head. The piece could
have been made for a farmer who raised cattle. Professional restoration
to a five inch hairline on the back of the crock. Height - 12".

Stahl Redware Cat
Redware cat with excellent polychrome glaze made by the Stahl
Pottery in Powder valley, PA. This is the only Stahl animal figure
I have ever seen with this variation of color in the glaze. It
is signed on the bottom "Made by R.R. Stahl 11/20/51"

Stahl Redware Sgraffito Plate
Rare sgraffito leaping stag plate made by Isaac Stahl of the
Stahl Pottery in Powder Valley, PA. The plate is bordered with
a PA German script along with trailing vines. It is dated July
20, 1936 which is only two years after Isaac and Thomas Stahl
reopened the pottery started by their father Charles Stahl in
the late 19th century. This piece is in excellent original condition
and would be a great addition to any Stahl Pottery collection.

Very good early nineteenth century English mocha sand sugar
bowl with blue slip rings on the footed base, the shoulder and
the lid's finial. Excellent form and condition. Minor repair

Yellow Ware Mocha Sand Creamer
Circa 1830 miniature English yellow ware creamer or pitcher
with a sand finish on the body and an emerald green slip band
on the shoulder terminating at the spout. Reeded applied handle
and engine turned beading on the rim. The piece is in perfect
condition except for a very small 1/32" rough spot on the
